The double-layer tile press machine is a mechanical equipment used for producing color steel tiles. It has the following characteristics and advantages:

  • Dual-purpose in one machine: The double-layer tile press machine can realize the production of two different models of color steel tiles on the same equipment. For example, it can simultaneously produce 840-type and 900-type color steel tiles. By switching between the high and low racks, the roll for producing one profile of color steel plate is installed on the low rack, and the roll for producing another plate type is installed on the high rack. This design greatly saves the floor space of the equipment and is especially suitable for color steel tile manufacturers and installation sites with limited space.
  • Improve production efficiency: Compared with using two single-layer tile press machines to produce different models of color steel tiles separately, the double-layer tile press machine can quickly switch between the production of two different cross-sectional plate materials, reducing the time for equipment replacement and debugging, thereby increasing the output rate.
  • Easy operation: Usually, high-level automatic electrical control software is used to realize production information management. The operation is relatively simple and easy to master. Some are also equipped with an electrical control system with a text screen display, which is convenient for operators to control and monitor.
  • High product quality: The profiled plates formed by roll forming have a flat appearance, uniform corrugations, and high strength and utilization rate. They are both solemn and elegant, and beautiful and novel. And the control system of the equipment has high precision. The cutting precision of each sheet is less than 1mm, which can meet the process requirements and produce color steel tiles with stable quality.
  • Convenient maintenance: It has the advantages of easy maintenance, mechanical debugging, and easy mold replacement. For example, lubrication pumps are installed in the left and right cabinets on both sides of the equipment. During machine operation, lubricating oil can be transported to various friction moving parts through oil pipes, reducing equipment wear and prolonging service life.

The components of the double-layer tile press machine mainly include the left and right bodies, bottom connecting rods, top cabinet cover, sliding seat, hexagonal runner, belt pulley, gear mechanism, grooved pulley mechanism, cam mechanism, lubrication pump, oil circuit system, electrical control part, etc.

Its production process is generally: uncoiling – forward forming – profiling – cutting. In actual production, according to production needs, the choice of decoiler is also divided into automatic and non-automatic. The automatic decoiler is equipped with a servo control system and can automatically feed materials. Some are also equipped with an automatic leveling device; the non-automatic decoiler is a model different from the automatic decoiler.
